Although they are motivated, they lack the skills and knowledge that they need to succeed. Having practical, down to earth information about what to do, then the motivation to work hard and accomplish the doing, is what people really need to be successful in business. If you are beating your head against a brick wall and can't get it to crumble, maybe you should find a way to go over or around it...
